Viktor is a choreographer and performer, dramaturg and a pedagogue creating works that straddle the fine line between dance, physical theatre, circus and visual arts. In 2019, his solo performance PLI was awarded the Total Award and Audience Award at the Czech Dance Platform 2019. He is also a nominee for the 2019 Theatre News Award, Dancer of the Year and Dance Performance of the Year at the Czech Dance Platform 2017 for his first work Parolapolea.

Viktor works across artistic fields, allowing the process as well as materials to inform the form and dramaturgy of each individual project. The core of his work lays in the relational and dialogical aspect of dance: dance as a communication, a non-institutional public service, a physical reflection or the ambivalence of subject-object relationships.

His work has been widely presented on European and Asian stages and festivals, e.g. The Place in London, Tai Kwun in Hong Kong, Dansens Hus Stockholm, Theatre Lliure in Barcelona, etc. He is the first Czech choreographer programmed at Theatre de la ville Paris. The prestigious European contemporary dance network Aerowaves included PLI in its Twenty20 catalogue and in 2021 the performance toured with the support of Dancenet Sweden. Taking part in the two-year project Shape It, Viktor was rethinking artistic process together with young audiences across Europe. In PRIMA, co-produced internationally as part of the Be SpectACTive project, he calls groups of local residents to take their place on stage. Alongside his own work, he has also collaborated and performed with e.g. Cie Beau Geste (FR), Thomas Steyaert (B), Sonja Pregrad (HR/DE) Cirk La Putyka (CZ) or Compagnie Mossoux-Bonté (B). Since 2019, Viktor is a guest pedagogue at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague. He is co-founder and artistic co-director of ZDRUHESTRANY company.
